LA MORA TAVERN

La Mora is a must-visit spot. In March 2007, Taberna La Mora opened in the center of Valencia, Spain. Since then, we have established ourselves as one of the essential stops on the city’s gastronomic route.

Creative cuisine with an excellent quality-to-price ratio, very delicate dishes with a strong emphasis on texture, flavor, and high-level presentation; plenty of attentive waiters and waitresses who constantly move through the dining room, discreetly monitoring the progress of the meal, promptly clearing empty plates and serving new ones—there is no waiting.
